By using FlowRing (the “Game”) you accept these terms. They are short because the Game is simple.
FlowRing is a free skill game available on the web and as an app. The Game is provided “as is”: we may change it, add or remove features and, during the alpha phase, reset leaderboards or progress where needed to fix bugs. We will do our best to let you know first.
An account is optional and is created with a nickname of 3-16 characters (letters, digits, underscore) and an e-mail address, confirmed with a 6-digit code. The nickname must not be offensive or misleading and must not impersonate other people or brands: we may change or remove nicknames that break these rules. The e-mail must be yours and reachable: it is the only way back into the account. The codes you receive are personal: do not share them and never type them into sites other than FlowRing. You can sign out the other devices at any time from the Account menu. You can change your nickname yourself once every 30 days (the name you leave stays reserved for you for 30 days) and change your e-mail at any time from the Account menu: the new e-mail is confirmed with the code, and the old one always receives a notice with a link to undo the change within 72 hours. If you no longer have access to the old e-mail, the request comes to us and we approve it after a check, or you use the E-mail recovery page.
Leaderboards only make sense if they are honest. The following are forbidden: modifying the Game, automation, tampering with the clock or the save file, submitting scores not obtained by playing, systematically abandoning duels to harm opponents, and any attempt to interfere with the servers. Anomalous scores may be removed and the accounts involved suspended or deleted without notice.
Energy regenerates for free over time; duels and events do not consume it. In the web version, when your energy runs out, you can choose to watch an advertising video to receive 1 energy (at most 5 times a day): it is always optional and the availability of videos is not guaranteed. If we introduce purchases in the future (for example cosmetic content or ad removal), they will always be optional and will give no in-game advantage. Digital purchases are non-refundable except where the law provides otherwise.
The Game, the FlowRing™ name, the ring logo, the graphics and the music are our property. You may record and publish videos of the Game (streaming, reviews, social media) freely, including for commercial purposes, crediting FlowRing.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game, nor for the loss of unsynced progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
You can delete your account at any time from the game (Account → Delete account) or by writing to [email protected]. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections of their country of residence.
